The 2017-18 Eastern Counties Football League season is the 75th in the history of Eastern Counties Football League, a football competition in England. Teams are divided into two divisions, the Premier and Division One.
The constitution for Step 5 and Step 6 divisions for 2017-18 was announced on 26 May 2017, and the Eastern Counties divisions constitutions were ratified at the league's AGM on 17 June 2017.

Premier Division
At the end of season 2016-17, the following teams left the Premier Division:
- Mildenhall Town, promoted to Isthmian League Division One North
- Swaffham Town, relegated to Division One
The remaining 19 teams, together with the following, form the Premier Division for 2017-18:
- Coggeshall Town, promoted from Division One
- Haverhill Borough, promoted from Division One
- Histon, relegated from Southern League Division One Central
- Stowmarket Town, promoted from Division One
- Wroxham, relegated from Isthmian League Division One North

- Haverhill Borough, promoted to Premier Division

The remaining 17 teams, together with the following, form Division One for 2017-18:
- Little Oakley, promoted from the Essex and Suffolk Border League
- Norwich United Reserves, a new team
- Spixworth, promoted from the Anglian Combination, with a name change to Norwich CBS.
